The Community 2015 Masterplan
The Community 2015 Masterplan was launched by Deputy Chairman, Minister Lim Boon Heng, and Dr Vivian Balakrishnan at the Grassroots Seminar 2010 on 21 November 2010.
The Masterplan distils the key ideas and concepts behind our approaches and strategies towards addressing key challenges, and bringing our community closer to the Vision for the Community - that of a Great Home and a Caring Community.
It sets out the strategies to widen outreach and deepen resident engagement so as to build social capital.
